It is no doubt that the ability of use Chinese is very important. Today, people focus on the efficiency of use education-aided-instrument to teach Chinese in school. Some one thinks it is good, some one thinks it is bad, and some one has no idea about it. All these have the same flaw-----too subjected.This study estimates the relationship between the use of typical education-aided -instrument and the efficiency of learning Chinese in school. This study had two major goals: to find out the efficiency of the use of typical education-aided -instrument, and to examine what is the influence of character, voice, picture and video work on the student from different background.Eighty-one (45 boys, 36girls) 11-to-15-year-old (Grade 8) students were selected occasionally from a middle school in Guangzhou. The study held for one year. The data are composing of two parts. One is the student's achievement from every unit test, mid-term test and final term test. The other is come from an investigation on the students.The education-aide-instrument has a strong short-term effect. However, its long-term effect is light. Among the character, voice, picture and video, I find that character is the most useful information. The best way to show to student is to just write down the important words and explain it. During the Chinese lesson, teacher should pay attention to communicate with student from heart. Use education-aide-instrument to teaching Chinese in school, 1 or 2 times a week will be good.
