Along with the arriving of 21st century, the trend of globalization is strengthening day by day. None of any country, any nationality can be independent in the universal system. Every modern people should have the worldwide judgment to adapt society's development and the time's demand. This requests us to pay attention to humanity's common destiny from a worldwide angle of view, to appraises our country's function and status in the world, then knows individual right and the duty. At present some countries already proposed raising global consciousness qualified world citizen's personality education as goal, and take the historical education as the way to achieve this duty important curriculum. China belongs to the world, and the Chinese history can not be artificial isolate outside the world history, so it is become more important to strengthen the international consciousness education in middle school's history teaching. As the development of our country's middle school history educational reform, the raise of international consciousness has become the hot spot in people's attention. But this point is precisely in the former historical teaching's weak link. In order to adapt this society, people must have the worldwide judgment and the ability of international competition and the cooperation. Therefore, it has become history educator's important task to cultivate the international consciousness and to train the international consciousness of students. This article begins from the consciousness of international consciousness theory, analyzed the necessity of the education to raise the student's international consciousness in the middle school history teaching, and raises the requirement to the middle school history teacher according to this. To the function that international consciousness education acted in the middle school's history education, together with the education's effective that author refers in the article, to further explained the necessity and importance in strengthen the international consciousness education in the middle school history teaching.
