In recent years, the trend of globalization is growing. It has made the world of a whole,and international competition and communication are more frequent. To strengthen students’international consciousness training has been a necessary choice for adapting to thedevelopment of the Times, and it’s the needs to practice the new curriculum reform ideas andpromote the students’ comprehensive development. So I did this research for this subject ofinternational consciousness cultivation in middle school’s history teaching.The article was divided into five chapters altoghther. It followed these steps:Chapter one was introductory theory. It introduced reasons for choosing the topic and theresearch status at home and abroad.In chapter two, I elaborated the meaning of international consciousness, and defined theconnotation of international consciousnessIn chapter three, I analyzed the necessity of international consciousness cultivation inmiddle school’s history teaching from four perspectives which were historical lessons,globalization, new curriculum reform and human development.In chapter four, I mainly discussed the measures of international consciousness cultivation inmiddle school’s history teaching, which mainly involved three aspects. First, teachers shouldconformity the resources of history curriculum. In this article, I summarized the content whichbenefits the international consciousness cultivation in middle school history books. Accordingto the content, I put forward specific request of integrating the resources of history curriculum;At the same time, it benefits the international consciousness cultivation to integrate otherresources of history curriculum. Second, teachers should Use a variety of teaching methods tostrengthen students’ international consciousness. I introduced five teaching methods. Third,promoting teachers’ professional development could effectively guarantee the cultivation ofmiddle school students’ international consciousness. It mainly included the structure ofknowledge, teaching skills and the cooperation between teachers.In chapter five, I elaborated the matters needing attention of international consciousnesscultivation in middle school’s history teaching. We should deal with the relationship betweeninternational consciousness, historism and patriotism.
