China is a big agricultural country, among the 13 hundred millions populations, there are around 70% people live in countryside. Therefore "countryside, agriculture and farmers" is always the basic problem on our economic and social development in China.In << the decision for several serious subjects about agriculture and countryside issued by Central Committee, CPC>>, " The basic problem of agriculture is science , technology and Education, solve this problem should depend on the progress of science and enhancing farmers' quality to improve economic growth of agriculture and countryside in China.Higher Agriculture Education is an agriculture education of higher level, it is an important means to realize labor reproduction and increases working efficiency , is cumbered with duties of agriculture economic growth.
