According to the steadily increasing demand of person who is with integrated diathesis in the modern society and info era, tremendous changes have occurred in the curricula of our country's primary and junior schools. In the domain of Art curriculum, not only the content of different have been syncretized, but also a new multiple Art curriculum which integrated multi-art form including music, painting, dance, drama and film as well has been set in the whole curriculum system of the basic education. As all we know, no matter how advanced the teaching theory and the idealization class is, the successful achievement to a certainty would depend on the teacher who possessed the multiple diathesis and knowledge and identified as professional, In the case of unitary subjected educated in our country's teachers university, the new teachers can obviously not satisfy the complicated requirements of the new multiple art curricula.
