Teachers training colleges' conscious push for its own integrated process began with the origination of non-professional training in the early 1990s in china. Up to the present, most of teachers training colleges have originated a number of "non-professional training", many teachers training colleges' number of "non-teacher professional" even has surpassed that of teacher professional.This study makes concrete statistical data for teacher professional and non-teacher professional through the investigation of set-up of 153 teachers training colleges' teacher professional and non-teacher professional, and the purpose of this is to describe the development of composite level. At the same time, the study compares the integrated process of teachers training colleges on different level and in different regions, and analyses the reasons that make the differences. On this basis, the paper makes constructive comments or suggestions to the development of our higher education institutions.Teachers training colleges in china will be long-standing and face intense market competition in the long term, so how to re-orientation is a strategic development issue during the integrated process, which determines the direction of the teachers training college. Scientific orientation and characteristic construction are basic strategy for integrated process in teachers training colleges.
