University Teacher Education And Technical Training Courses, Content Analysis And Design

Under the present information technology environment,the capability of education technology is one of the necessary professional abilities for college teachers.Since National College Educational Technology Coordination Commission Training Work committee and Higher education Department of Ministry of Education issued related document,education technology training for college teachers have been launched,and therefore becomes one of the key ways to cultivate the education technology ability for college teachers.In recent years,the training hardware construction made a big progress,however,the core of software part --training program content's research work exists many problems,including neglecting the characteristics of college teachers,lacking changes in training contents,making the teaching process unitary,which severely affects the effective and efficient develop of college technology education training work.This article first introduced the meaning of launching education technology training work in colleges and the necessity of researching the contents of training programs based on the following 3 foundations:adult learning theory,the category of study theory,advanced training ideas.While elaborating these theories,we also studied the advantages and feasibility to educational training.We finally give the frame of college teacher educational technique training and concrete design in detail based on the survey,data analysis,and individual interview and how the training outspread in author's university.We also give the special specification to the problems we should care in implementation.We proposed suggestions for education technology training work in colleges through reference searching,case study methodology,questionnaire survey,individual interview and data statistical analysis.
