Higher vocational education, aiming at cultivating "operational&applicational" talents, has achieved great progress since1980s’, which has become an indispensable type of China’s higher education industry, also is an important part of vocational education system.Since the21st century, our country’s higher vocational education has been developing rapidly, the number and scale of college students in higher vocational colleges has accounted for half of the number of students of all universities and higher education.Teachers are the prerequisite of running a school and the main force, as well as the deepness and foundation.Higher vocational education is different from other types of education in students training target and characteristics, which put forward higher requirement for the structure of higher vocational college teachers and their quality. Not only should it acquires a certain level of theoretical knowledge, but also has the ability of practical operation.In order to further promote the development of higher vocational education, our country had clearly put forward the "vocational colleges should strengthen the construction of double type teachers" requirements as early as1988. Local colleges also started the "double type teacher" training and constructing, and the significance of "double type teacher" had been gradually filtering into people’s mind.But due to the national conditions, system and social political economic and cultural development level, China’s higher vocational "double type" teachers construction still exists some problems, especially for the concept is not clear, the system is not sound, the scale is weakening, and so on, to some extent, limits the development of higher vocational education and talents cultivation level.The key of the construction of "double type" teachers lies in its cultivation mechanism, covering teachers’ employment, performance assessment, performance evaluation, training promotion, which is an integrated system.Many foreign countries which has full development in higher vocational education, such as Germany, Australia, Britain, etc., have established the "double type teacher" cultivation mechanism in accordance with their actual situation, which has played a positive role in the construction of teachers. But our country’s research and practice in this aspect is relatively scarce and the single, the establishment and improvement of training mechanism could institutionalize the construction and management of "double type" teaching staff system, to standardize and be clear. Therefore, it is the focus, difficulty and hot issue of the "double type" teachers’team construction. As a big province of education and economy, Zhejiang Province’s developments in the field of higher vocational education were relatively full, meanwhile, studies for the "double type" teacher training mechanism has started earlier and had the certain foundation.This paper combined with the background of higher vocational education and the characteristics of higher vocational "double type teacher", sorting out the development of the "double type" teachers’ team construction, and taking the higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province as the research category, through the questionnaire survey as the main data channel, analyzes the running mode of teacher training mechanism, present situation, the effective operation and the problems of the "double type teacher" cultivational mechanism in Zhejiang Province, at the same time conducts a comprehensive combing for the results of the questionnaire and statistical analysis, and to a certain extent, through draw lessons from foreign countries’ experience and advice, and put forward Suggestions for improvement of mechanism of "double type" teacher training in higher vocational colleges, in order to offer reference for higher vocational talents training and construction and management of teachers team.
