Education must faces to the world and the future. In different society, the education loads different contents. In the new century, the new course reform which loads the creative principle astoundingly launched at our foundational education. Acclimated the principle of new course reform, the teaching mode of Mathematical Situations and Posing Problems in High school and Primary school as a kind of teaching mode which takes innovation as its basic, is widely practiced in the Southwest of China, and obtained good results. At the same time , Holland mathematician and mathematics educator Hans · Freudenthal's Mathematical Education Thought is also get wildly concern and agreement in our foundational education, and became one of the focuses that many mathematical educational researcher concerned.However, the studies of many document and the observations and thinking of the practice let us discovered: Hans · Freudenthal's Mathematical Education Thought have the stronger vitality on the theoretical level , but there are many difficulties in actual practice .For this ,this thesis takes Situations-Problems Teaching experiment as its carrier, and depends on this to launch a research on the application that Hans · Freudenthal's Mathematical Education Thought used in the actual teaching.In the thesis, first, it made a summary of "Realistic mathematics" "Mathematization" "Reinvention" "Reflective thinking" thoughts which are belong to Hans · Freudenthal and give a overview of the Situations-Problems Teaching .Second, it explored how to applied the " Realistic mathematics thought" in the Situations making; how to applied "Mathematization thought" in the Problems making and solving; and how to used "Reinvention and Reflective thinking thought" in the whole Situations-Problems teaching. Third, it made the analysis and researches of this in the concrete teaching case on the practice level. Finally, through the argument ,it obtained a conclusion that used Hans · Freudenthal's Mathematical Education Thought in the Situations-Problems Teaching is feasible and must on some extent.
