The Coalescent Research About Quality Of Care In Family Planning And Generational Culture

The population issue is not only an economic question, but also a social concern, is a development problem in essence, which play a role in the sustainable development. It is vital of a reasonable population environment to build well-off society. It is necessary for the population construction to fully consider own history , culture , values and existing service system, so that take a own population construction road. The program which be carried out by the population institutes of Beijng university and institute for health and development science of Kunming medical college named "the mode research of generational culture construction and quality of care in family planning in community of Yunnan ". Combine theory research with practice investigation to learn about the local situation by researching 4 pilot communities and their counties, townships / towns of Yunnan. The methodologies include, quantitative and qualitative survey, participatory rural apparel ( PRA ) and effect evaluation .Explore the new mechanism of combining the population cultural construction with quality of care in family planning, promote to develop of the population and family planning work steadily, healthily and continuously through the "culture", and explore a new population road. The results of the study demonstrate that it is necessary to combine the generational culture construction with quality of care in family planning , Finally, several recommendations and implications are raised.
