A Study Of Organizational Culture And Organization Development

With the historical evolution of Chinese Confucian educational culture as a historical thread, and the educational function and social integration function of Chinese Confucian educational culture in different historical periods as a theoretical thread, this paper raises the idea that nowadays campus culture is an important position of cultivating talents with innovation ability. Based on Chinese traditional culture, campus culture, with the new culture of May Fourth Movement as the core, continuously drew advanced foreign culture as nutriment and integrated into the banner which represents the trend of Chinese culture.Based on the introduction of the meaning and characteristics of campus culture in colleges and universities of our country, this paper illustrates the importance of the construction of campus culture in cultivating talents with innovation ability, and puts forward the idea that the construction of campus culture is the behavior guide, mechanism of impetus and ensuring condition of cultivating college students' innovation qulity.
