Have being regarded as an ideal by many nations, equal opportunity for education is the extension of social equality in the realm of education. As a very important and effective way to realize social equality, it is pursued by many countries. More than two thousand years ago, Confucius, the great educationist in ancient China pointed out that "Have the education but not the classification" which indicates the spirit of equality in education.
