In 21st century, Chinese education faces the great challenge from the age and society. Guided by the advanced educational theory, the new round reform on elementary education is absorbing much experience, breaking through tradition and developing itself. Only learning the theory and practice of native language teaching of different countries constantly, and combining the Chinese teachings characteristics in our country, can the modern Chinese teaching get rid of the narrow way of thinking and explore a new land of Chinese teaching research. Only by doing this, can we make the Chinese teaching reform root deeply in society, really promote the self-development of each student. Beginning with introducing the different explanation on learning style, analyzes the elemeits and the classifies of the learning style, does the same to the style of students Chinese learning, and gives the teaching tactics adapted with it. After introducing the concept and feature of the related teaching tactics, the article analyzes the trait of Chinese teaching tactics, the modern educational theory followed by it, the enforcing principles, whole conception and two ties which must be broken through. By doing the analysis and research, the article tries to make the Chinese teaching research reach this aim can consider the traits of Chinese teaching sufficiently, meanwhile can use the latest achievements from education and psychology. In that case, the teachers can use all sorts of resources efficiently to direct the reform of Chinese teaching.
