The subject personality refer to person who holds unique individuality quality as a target subject, its synthesis of psychological quality and behavioral characteristics such as independence, dynamic role, self-determination which have shown in learning and living.Adopt middle school student subject personality questionnaire, social support scale, parental rearing styles questionnaire went on the 1262 samples investigation to the middle school student, they came from grade one of junior high school to grade three of senior high school of three middle school in Zhengzhou China. There are 468 men and 438 women from junior high school, the average of their age is 13.74;There are 181 men and 185 women from senior high school, the average of their age is 16.45. We compared subject personality dimensionalities with their achievements of learning, social support, parents rearing styles and went on relevant analysis, the result reveals:1. The development of middle school student's subject personality is not improved with the rising of the grade at the stage of the whole middle school; especially demonstrate instead the lower grade is obviously higher than the state of the high grade in junior middle school. The students of every grade's subject personality of the stage of senior high school do not have the significant difference. The subject personality of the students of men and women of junior middle school has a difference in two dimensionality mainly, insist dimensionality of boys are higher than girls significantly, and girls are higher than boys in sense of duty, and difference is significant. But boys and girls of the senior high school have the significant differences only in the dimensionality about sense of duty.2. Subject personality respectively dimensionality and learning achievement of student are the positive correlation significantly. Subject personality dimensionalities about consciousness, insistence, self-confidence, sense of duty, go-aheadism, independence (except grade one) are the positive correlation significantly with their learning achievements of students in three grades in junior high school. The dimensionalities about consciousness, insist,, self-confidence , sense of duty, go-aheadism of grade one, grade two in senior high school are the positive correlation significantly with their learning achievements.
