Participating training of the middle school teachers are which regard their own knowledge and experiences as important resources. By the way of the cases simulation will guide teachers to introspection their experiences and concepts in activities, presentation and practice. They also learn merits from each other, and create new experiences to achieve higher state and self-upgrade. So that the achievements of training of teachers which are the demand of new curriculum innovation and development, and the result of deep development of post-education, and also the further requirement of professional abilities rise of teachers.In article, through the investigation of situation of the training of middle school teachers in Saihan district, Huhehaote city give a deeply introspection for this subject which exist some problems. It also summarized and concluded the teachers opinions and commentaries of the participating training program, and their expectancies and requirements of it. They bring up several specific tactics such as participating share style,case study analysis style and so on. To progress some research of participating training. This article also made an impersonal analysis for participating teacher training program with its limitation and mainly confronting problems. Hope this article can bring up the further research of teacher training projects.
