In the process of the development of Chinese international education, much attention has been paid to the cultivating and training of Chinese teachers,because a high level of Chinese teachers’team plays a vital role in the smooth development of Chinese teaching. The Chinese teaching has been very popular in South Korea,the demand for the Chinese is rising,especially in the middle school,more than 2000 middle schools have setted the Chinese course, Chinese has been the most favorite second language in the middle school students,The present situation of "Chinese hot" also put forward the new requirements to the middle school Chinese teachers of South Korea. Under the new situation, it’s particularly important.to improve the pertinence and scientific of South Korea’s middle school Chinese teachers’ training.This thesis mainly selected in busan and around area of middle school Chinese teachers as the research object, using the questionnaire and interview to research the Chinese teacher training that they have participated in, and analyze the researchers’ training needs, through the analysis to summarize the difference between the current south Korean middle school Chinese language teacher training and participants demand. Finally, with South Korea’s middle school Chinese teacher training project of shandong university as a case analysis, to introduce the basic situation of the project operation, finding the new developing trend of the project, and on this basis to explore the suitable methods.for the South Korea’s middle school Chinese teacher training.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is introduction, it mainly introduces the thesis research background, the selected topic significance, the research task and method, and the literature review. The literature review.mainly take the form of chart to analyze, and overall study from the international Chinese teacher training, Chinese language teacher training national study, the south Korean native Chinese teacher training.The second chapter is South Korea’s Chinese teacher training status analysis, explores the present situationof the South Korea’s Chinese educationan,the situation of the South Korea’s Chinese teachers, and the present state of middle school Chinese teacher’s composition and the generalizes of the teachers’ training.The third chapter is according to the investigation and analysis of South Korea’s middle school Chinese teacher training, this part is focuses on the content and methods of the Chinese teacher training that the research object have participated in, at the same time analyze their needs for the middle school Chinese language teachers’ training,to find out the differences between the current training and the training of the participants’need.The fourth chapter mainly select the South Korea’s middle school Chinese teacher training project of shandong university as a case, statistics of the project in 2010-2014,to carry out the situation of the project, and to analyze the project.from the training objects, training content and training form.The fifth chapter is the suggestions on the south Korean high school Chinese teacher training, it is mainly combined with the content of the first four chapters,and the author gives suggestions from four aspects: the training organization, the training content, training methods and training evaluation.At last the author hope this study can give some reference for improving the South Korea’s middle school Chinese teacher training.
