The new reformations in the curricula of the elementary education in our country have been carried on across-the-board. Changing students'learning styles is one emphasis of this reformation in the curricula of the elementary education. Let students hold the new learning styles whose characters are active participation, active researching and cooperation and communication. So we can develop effectively students'innovating spirit and practical ability. Develop students'individuality in a comprehensive and harmonious way.The change of students'learning styles can't depart from the change of teachers'way of teaching, because one main object of the reformations in the curricula of the elementary education is change students'learning styles in a ultimate way and expect students to build a learning mode which are independent, researchful, cooperative and lifelong. This requires teachers change themselves'conception and role, and build a relation which is mutual in teachers and students'intercourse. So all teachers must build new teaching conception which adapt to the new curricula,master the teaching strategy of the new curricula, build the way of teaching which is adapt to the new curricula.This essay discuses the change of learning styles and way of teaching in the new curricula. First, it analyses the concept and types of the learning styles. The second, it analyses the perspective, the elements of theory and the basal request of the learning styles'change. The last, it put forward the change of way of teaching more on discussing the change of learning styles, discuss the basal relation of teaching and learning, expound the basal principle of effective teaching in the new curricula, study the strategy of effective teaching in the new curricula.
