In the information under the influence of globalization, knowledge update faster and faster. followed by rapid changes in all fields of social life. So as a school, how to deal with this explosion of knowledge and social change? Countries in the world have been carried out the education reform for this purpose, although the objectives and the trend of the reform is different, but the basic principle is the same. That is the need to enhance the flexibility of changing the face of a generation of future, promote the comprehensive development of students. Now the Humanistic Psychology also advocated the study of human characteristics and human psychology. if we ignore the students’ personality characteristics in education teaching, it can not give full play to the learner’s potential, so it can not get the best educational effect of all the students.However, at present the vast majority of schools still use the class system, and for whatever reason like the geographical and economic. to implementation the small class teaching in the country is very difficult. In class teaching system model, some teachers only focus on unity in their class, ignoring the uniqueness of individual students and the differences of learning style, individualized in this case have not been able to implement good:Some educators have put the personality development and the comprehensive development at opposites, and even some schools in an attempt to use the same kind of teaching model to require all students to achieve common educational goals. This is contrary to the today’s society requires that every student all-rnund development and personality development. Class system and promote student personalized, comprehensive development has become a fundamental antagonistic contradictions.In order to weaken this contradiction and improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, the author attempts put forward some teaching strategies from the perspective of the student’s learning style differences to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching. Coincides with the author to participate in research projects named "attention to detail, attention to the difference" from S elementary school in J area. The learning situation of the elementary school students appeared obvious dramatic changes driven by a variety of teaching methods of teachers, which bringsrevelation to the author, so the author make the dissertation based the J area Selementary school’s project research.The thesis is divided into seven parts, preface introduces the origins, purpose andsignificance of the study. The first chapter of the thesis is to define the core concepts,and conduct a literature review of the main contents of the thesis. The second chapterof this thesis is a theoretical basis that provides a theoretical support for the thesis.The third chapter made a brief introduction about the research projects from J areaS elementary school. The fourth chapter summed up the teaching methods by analyzesthe teaching story from J area S elementary school. The iftfh chapter is to propose aneffective teaching strategies through the analysis of Chapter IV. The effective teachingstrategies proposed by the author is broadly divided into four parts, including teachingtarget design, classroom teaching, atfer-school consolidation and teaching evaluation.The sixth chapter is a validation of effective teaching strategies and implementeffective teaching strategies brought about reflection.
