Stimulating students'study motivation, is the issue of general educators concerning. To solve this problem, it is important for us firstly to understand students'need and motivation and factors which affect students'achievement motivation, namely, in the school situation, which need and motive may promote the students to direct their own behavior to study.The author takes D.P.Ausubel's theory about the achievement motivation in the school scene as the main theory basis, and voluntarily establishes the volume, in order to carry on the careful statistical analysis on the factors which affect the university students'achievement motivation. She not only carries on the common inference statistics for example: t-test and Analysis of Variance, but also attempts to carry on Multiple factors statistical analysis to analyze the factors affecting the university students'achievement motivation.Through the Factor analysis and Cluster analysis , the author analyze D.P.Ausubel's three constituent of achievement motivation under the school situation, which are cognitive drive , ego—enhancement drive , affiliative drive, then gather them into two kinds: the internel motivation and extrapolation motivation.Through the careful and the comprehensive statistical analysis, the author in order to understand more clear and strength the university students'achievement motivation and the influence factors, so the educators in ours college education process can adopt the different stimulating way to the different students who have different achievement motivation level, enable every student to pass their own university life happily and richfully.Students themselves also can act according to own incentives to achievement level reasonably to adjust own goal, seek the aim which suits their own life development direction, carry on the self-encouragement, strive for success. Simultaneously,this study in order to promote the university teachers and students to keep up with each other harmony together, progress together.
