New values of teaching evaluation is introduced in the development of New Elementary Education Curriculum Reform (abbreviated to New Curriculum Reform) ,which cries for "humanism-oriented "and "multi-subjects" as logos,condeseding a perception ,an analysis and a crying for conceptions and traits of human meaninglessness and values,placarding and specifying what modern evaluation should and would be. This expatiation claims all evaluators, including educational researchers, local administrators of education, to transfer their values and combine dialectically their cognition, emotion, attitudes and action into one. But in fact, different teaching evaluators demonstrate differently in cognition, emotion, attitudes and action, because they seem unclear of who should be teaching evaluators and what each should function as, and also they seem different in the judgment of basic value of new teaching values concerning the problems that how a good student is, how a teacher is and how a school is. It is especially important to teaching whether teachers break away from their traditional values of evaluation and reestablish new one.It is not only helpful to the transfer and establishment of each evaluator's values, but also helpful to strength their cooperation and communication to learn of the demonstrations of all evaluators in cognition, emotion, attitudes and action to objectively analyze obstacles in the process of the transferring of their teaching evaluation.Just like any reform, New Basic Educational Curriculum Reform must hold by and present some basic laws and pheonmeon,which will also be presented and demonstrated in the realm of teaching evaluation.It is helpfully important not only strength all evaluators preview ,enhance their consciousness ,make their determination ,faithfully treat the phenomenon and problems in the process of teaching evaluation, but also helpfully important to further comprehensively the development of the reform as a whole by acquainting them with the process of the reform. |
