People often say that teaching is a complex project. Yes it is, in teaching, teachers are faced with a personality, individual differences, such differences exist for teachers and teaching have brought a great challenge, In single teaching evaluation system, the person is abstract, the independent value is gradually lost, individual differences are gradually obliterated.Everyone is different, teaching evaluation for evaluation, teaching evaluation should be respect for the evaluation of the "people" and respect for the evaluation of the difference.This thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.
