The Study Of Modern Distance Education Base On Conference TV System

With the development of society, the spread of education and the improvement of educational quality are the keys to sustainable development for society. How to make more people access to education, and how to generally improve the quality of education and achieve complementarities and sharing of education resources between developed regions and less developed regions have become urgent problems that need resolve. Thus, distance education has spread and applied. Currently, the application of conference television system in distance education has become a new educational development direction international.The best way to solve the problem of distance instruction between learner and instructor is the modern distance education that based on conference television system. And it can better meet the requirements of active television images and real-time voice signals, and two-way, multi-point information interaction in modern distance education. By the method of questionnaire and comparison, the thesis analyzes the status of the application on the modern distance education based on conference television system accurately in our country, and summarizes the corresponding countermeasures and advices to the existing problems.The thesis consists of six parts:The first part is the prolegomenon in which introduces the background, the state of present research, analyzes purpose and meaning of this research, and puts forward research methods used in this research.The second part is the introduction of Conference TV and the relevant content on Conference TV system. It includes the development of Conference TV technology, the definition of Conference TV and Conference TV system, and the classifications, components and network structure of Conference TV system.The third part focuses the research of the modern distance education based on conference television system. It mainly introduces the system functions and areas of application, and illustrates achieving process of the real-time, two-way interactive distance education based on conference television system by giving a example of GuiZhou TV University; the three types of modern distance education based on Conference television system; and the comparative analysis for the modern distance education based on conference television system and other modern distance education.The fourth part is the strategy. Through investigating and analyzing the status of the application on modern distance education based on conference television system in our country, it points out the existing problems and puts forward some strategically advices.The fifth part is the impact and the outlook of the application of Conference TV on distance education.The final part has summarized the conclusion of the thesis mainly.
