In the education system, teaching content, teaching means reform environment, educationmodernization obtained make a spurt of progress of development, teachers’ teaching abilityraised new requirement. Teachers in addition to the traditional teaching ability, but also shouldhave and the current reform and adapt to the requirement of comprehensive teaching ability.Teachers’ Cultivation of teaching ability of concern, the new teachers’ teaching ability trainingmode is explored. In this paper, based on the analysis of the traditional teachers’ teachingability training mode proceed with, through the expansion of video conference system ’sapplication ability, based on video conference system mode of teacher training, effectivesolution to the training process and the application method and other aspects of the existingproblems.Video conference system based on the mode of training teachers include autonomousmicroteaching training and simulation training of two methods. Each method by differenttraining plan design system, training management system, training system, training teachers,training effectiveness tracking system configuration system, training effect evaluation systemand other support. Autonomous miniature training methods do not specify the presider, thetrainees position and speech order, by the trainees independently arranged in a specified timearound a theme to discuss. Teacher observation training performance evaluation, throughvideo playback of trainees, the training of teachers of the real-time ability of organization,coordination ability, the ability of language expression ability, debate, self-confidence,self-control ability, response flexibility and other aspects of the ability and quality. Scenesimulation training method in video conferencing space to create practical teaching scene,playing different roles by the trainees, instructors through video playback on, guide, analysis,enhance the trainees organize courses, control of the classroom, such as language practicalability.Video conference system based on the mode of training teachers in Daqing middle schoolteachers’ teaching ability training conducted a pilot application, and the training resultstracking analysis. The results show that, the innovation training mode to retain the traditionaltraining model, played a video conference system advantage and positive effect.
