Objective:The experiment use POWERMAX-VII power bicycle internal training and regular run training, observe whether the good influence on participants’ anaerobic capacity, so as to put forward a new and feasible methods of training. Different according to individual ability, training load value, avoid the traditional training in the influence of different trainer uses a single load value, solve the exercise of athletes, the athletic intensity complete effect to master. Were observed before and after training subjects of blood lactic acid, creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase, the change of creatinine, observe the influence of different training patterns for a variety of enzyme activity.Methods:whose name is the research object, professional sports students selected randomly were divided into 4 groups, the experimental group, power cycling training group, normal training object selection sports institute 2014 undergraduates, no training object selection level 2014 graduate students. 32 people finally complete the experiment. Power cycling training experimental object and runs regular training, the control one object only power cycle training training, control group 2 object only runs regular training, control three objects do not participate in any training. Before each training, use POWERMAX- VII unified test subjects the biggest anaerobic capacity. Difference after five weeks of training. Power cycle training 4 times a week, every time to 4 groups at full capacity, 1 in weight training, running routine training 4 times a week, every time 30 m * 3 times, 60 m * 2, 80 m * 1, 100 m * 1 times. 5 weeks difference after training, to test the biggest anaerobic capacity of 4 set of objects. Three times extraction group of eight objects and object compared two groups of eight cubits venous blood 4 ml, before the first sampling in quiet state, second sampling immediately after exercise, the third time sampling in the movement to rest for 5 minutes. Separation of serum after blood sampling, instrument to detect the blood lactic acid, creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase, creatinine.Results:Before and after the experiment, combine two kinds of training methods of the experimental group subjects maximum improvement of anaerobic capacity is more than just power cycle training runs regular training subjects as only one of the biggest anaerobic capacity, and the control group were biggest anaerobic capacity increase was greater than the control group two subjects of anaerobic capacity, not training subjects before and after the experiment did not change significantly biggest anaerobic capacity.(2) the four subjects movement recovery after serum creatine kinase(CK, creatinine Cr activity is higher than the quiet during and immediately after exercise(P < 0.01), with very significant difference; The LDH activity of lactic dehydrogenase than quiet(P < 0.05), with significant difference.(3) in addition to the control group 3, the other three groups immediately after exercise blood lactic acid value is higher than that of quiet and sports recovery after blood lactic acid value(P < 0.01), there is a very significant difference. And the experimental group after the experiment of blood lactic acid value is higher than the control group, two groups of blood lactic acid value. Subjects in one group were controlled power bicycle full blood lactic acid after exercise value degree compared two groups of subjects moderate intensity exercise after elevated blood lactic acid level is high.Conclusion:(1) Through different mode of training, four groups of participants fail to improve level of load value control three sets of anaerobic capacity, serum Cr, CK, LDH activity did not change.(2) through two kinds of training methods combined with training mode, the experimental group’s largest anaerobic capacity increase significantly, the experimental group > control group > control group.(3) the other 3 groups movement instantly Cr, LDH values obviously improve the quiet state before the experiment, the next day morning on an empty stomach after the determination of value and quiet state, the experimental group > control group > control group.(4) the other 3 groups movement instantly CK value was increased, no significant difference, but the following day on an empty stomach value and quiet state than has a very significant difference.(5) the other 3 groups movement instantly LA value below quiet condition, there are significant differences, the lower the next day on an empty stomach, but there were no significant differences. Contrast a group compared two groups immediately after exercise LA value to achieve high value, but after the recovery measurements differ with quiet when the value of the very few.
