The relation between the educational theory and practice is the focus all along, but the research almost judged the rationality of the educational theory in educational practice, well then it has self standard in educational theory? The paper will try to review in morphologic, come true the directly dialog and collide in different theory morphologic, exhibit respective rationality and limitation, and demonstrate the basis of commensurable, to realize the probability of conformity, to close the phenomena of the anciently research independence, difference, part and imperfect, according to the analysis in the mass, establish the basic texture of the educational school of practice. This would help to afresh deal with the subtle relation between the two in the view of the interior educational theory.The paper mainly elucidates the three points. Firstly explain the Chinese pattern educational theory through "theory character" in structural and "education character" in content from carding the skeleton of the "theory" category and describing the course of Chinese educational thinking. Secondly, introduce the morphologic category, based in the philosophy hermeneutics, distinguish the morphologic of sutra educational theory works, and deep discuss the theory's recite in basic structure (such as the part of metaphysics, valuation and experience; also touch upon the manner of language ,such as slogan ,metaphor and term;),theorist visual threshold(means theory objective of theorist and in corresponding to method such as induce, deduct and colligate )and the evolvement process and orderliness of educational theory, mainly indicate the influencing factor of subjective objective and the accede to the formation of theory. So disclose the respective validity and limitation. Thirdly, conformity all sorts of theory according to the ultimate goal of "educational theory serves for educational practice", disclose respective limit and tension; Thereby establish the theory basis for modern practice educational school with arrangement and value judge character.The paper comes to some conclusions.
