| Secondary education is an important link to contact compulsory education and higher education, so gradually secondary education has become a focal point on educational development and reform in the world. In developing countries, Brazil has a giant population and economy. However, the development of secondary education in Brazil lags behind other developing countries. After the 1980s', Brazilian federal government, local governments and all kinds of educational institutions actively threw themselves into the study of problems and countermeasures on secondary education. Under their joint efforts, the educational reform on secondary education makes sure progress. At the same time, in Brazil, the developing trend on secondary education are different from other developing countries'. Our country and Brazil both are developing countries, so the two countries similar to each other in a some extent on development and popularization of secondary education. Brazil has accumulated a large number of experiences and lessons on reforms of secondary education. Those experiences and lessons can offer beneficial reference and enlightenment for popularizing secondary education in our country. Therefore, this dissertation is expected to summarize several pairs of beneficial experience and advice by analyzing current situation, issue and countermeasure on Brazilian secondary education, and then used them to improving and popularizing Chinese secondary education.This dissertation is divided into six parts. The first has recommended the cause to study on Brazilian secondary education and states domestic and international studies on Brazilian secondary education at present, and then definite secondary education simply. The second part firstly introduces the history of the development on Brazilian secondary education, then from three aspects, which are the education system, the evaluation mechanism and the fund input of Brazilian secondary education, to explains the current situation of Brazilian secondary education in detail. The third part analyzes the problems existing in Brazilian secondary education, including of entering a higher school, fair of education, quality of education and input in education. According to the research of the popularization of basic education, regional difference and unfairness of educational resources, the forth part obtains the reasons why the educational problem of Brazilian secondary education exists. The fifth part states some countermeasures that used to deal with those educational problems. It includes to flow correction programme, to promote statement and city joint planning process, to provide distance education and to indemnify the unbalanced educational resources, etc.. On the basis of analysis on the aforesaid questions and countermeasures, the last part, combining the realities in our country, gives some advices to improve and popularize secondary education of our country in future. |
