New curriculum reform of basic education put forward many new teaching ideas , and advocate teacher to adapt new idea and method in reform and innovation. So it put forward urgent requirement to the development of teacher's teaching conception of Primary and middle school.By various methods of document analysis, inquiry and profound interview, this study tries to take the curriculum reform of basic education as the basic research background, and investigate the development of teacher's teaching conception systematically and profoundly in the process of the new curriculum reform, then put forward corresponding suggestions and measures for promoting the development of teacher's teaching conception. The development of teacher's teaching conception is an important part of teacher's specialization development. And it is also the important guaranty for implementing the curriculum reform and teaching reform.This dissertation consists of five parts.Part one, introduction. It elaborates the reasons, meaning, thoughts and methods of this research, and the research actuality of teacher's teaching conception, then makes the explanation to the choice of research object.Part two: the base of theory for the research of teacher's teaching conception, this part is the base of theory and reality through which this paper can be developed, it discusses the origin of research for teaching and conception, define many corresponding concepts, analyze essential element for the research of teaching conception, then probe into the requirement for teaching conception on the context of new curriculumPart three: Investigation of the development of teacher's teaching conception of Primary and middle school on the context of new curriculum. This dissertation based on practical investigation, compare and analyze the actuality of the development of teacher's teaching conception from two aspects including cognition and action. And reveal the main issue for the development of teacher's teaching conception, and then analyze the conditions for developing teacher's teaching conception.Part four: Analysis of the reason for the development of teacher's teaching conception of primary and middle school on the context of new curriculum.
