With the coming of new century, human society is undergoing unprecedented changes in which education plays an role. So in the recent 10 years, each country has been trying to make educational reforms actively. However, unlike before, the emphasis of this reform has switched to curriculum parts from system or policy parts.In Compendium of Educational Curriculum Reform of our country, it is said clearly that the new curriculum must emphasize cultivating positive study attitude rather than teaching purely knowledge, making sure that during learning process, students not only obtain basic knowledge, skill and learning methods, but also form correct value conception. By realizing the organic conformity between knowledge and skill, process and method, sensibility and value conception, the new curriculum will help students to achieve multidimensional development.On the basis of analyzing the essence of new curriculum, this article primarily discusses how to carry out the new idea, fulfill the new goal, understand the meaning of sensibility, attitude and value conception correctly, recognize the significance to teaching and growth of students, search new teaching-method in affection field, enhance teacher's consciousness of infiltrating sensibility, attitude and value conception.The article is divided into four parts. The first part analyzes the new curriculum reform in philosophy to illustrate the background and significance that civilization conception on scientific and cultural curriculum gives to us. Then, from different fields of pedagogy, psychology and sociology, the author gives illustration on sensibility, attitude and value conception, and analyzes the distinction between relation between then as well as the relationship with moral training. Finally, the author expresses his thoughts on the aim on them. The second part puts forward some development principle and tactics on sensibility, attitude and value conception under the guidance of psychology, pedagogy and new design conception. The third part introduces some methods on them. The last part introduces some practices on them.
