Chinese teaching in high school under the reform of new curriculum takes on many kinds of condition and the teachers' behavior is also diversified. These questions, such as, What's meaning of the effective Chinese teaching under the reform of new curriculum; How to be a successful Chinese teacher, How to be a welcome teacher, What's a good class, How to improve the efficiency of teaching; how to improve the quality of teaching within the range of possibilities; how to relieve the students' heavy burden; how to relieve the teachers' burden, and so on, always become the focus of most school education research. The research and the practice of these questions gradually form the system of "effective teaching". But, in most present Chinese classes, there are many unsatisfied teaching behavior. It is embodied in four aspects , firstly , the teacher doesn't organize any activities in class ; secondly ,the teacher is far from Chinese book ;thirdly ,the teacher misuses the class forms ; lastly, the teacher misuses the form of "teaching" and "learning", Fifthly, the teacher's language is deficient. These tendencies are all mistaken by the new curriculum revolution, and these also show that the history fault develops virulently under the new condition. Therefore raising the quality and efficiency of Chinese teachers' behavior in class is the key to improve the quality of class.So, these problems, such as, what is the process of the effective teaching, how to organize, are to make beneficial study on in this paper. On the base of the reasonable considering, this article carries on the practical discussion of some actual problems and methods, strategies about the Chinese teaching, at the same time it talks about the standard and evaluations about Chinese effective class teaching behaviors deeply. It gets some standards about Chinese effective class teaching behaviors from three aspects: the organization of the Chinese teaching, the delivery of the Chinese teaching and the evaluation of the Chinese teaching, the paper also wants to get rid of the misunderstanding area of examination and try to build up the standard of the Chinese teaching behaviors. The paper draws the conclusion that effective Chinese class teaching behaviors are an important target during the new curriculum revolution process, it is one of the important assurances to carry out the new curriculum revolution successfully.
