Teaching behavior refers to the activity that teachers show in class, mainly about the teachers’ teaching. It lies in teachers’ daily work, it can influence the teaching quality, learning effect, teachers’ growth and other important factors.The author used the qualitative research paradigm, and chose the teachers’ behavior as the research object that from fourth-tenth "YuWenBao Cup" National Teaching Competition for high school group,the teachers all won the golden award. Through watching their teaching video purposely. Also joined in the tenth "YuWenBao Cup" Teaching Competition, and interviewed the teachers who received the golden award.The author mainly analyzed from two parts:the teachers’ explicit behavior, and the generating factors of these explicit behavior. The report mainly analyze teachers’ behavior from three dimensions:language, class design, teaching wisdom. In language, teachers used language full of literature beauty, and accurately, they used encouraging language, also it has their self style. In class design, teachers pay attention to reading aloud, chose new content, taught full of philosophy. The last one, the teachers’ performance of teaching wisdom was nice smile, eyes contact and be friendly. The generating factors of the explicit behavior included five parts:the competition was high standard, teachers studied hard and practiced bravely, they knew Chinese Curriculum Reform well, they has solid teaching skills, and has humanistic feelings.At the end of the report, the author made a rational thinking about the teaching behavior in class of the teachers who won the "YuWenBao Cup" award. Which included three aspects: teachers should pay attention to the development of their language discipline literacy, teaching in class should be based on the development of students, teachers should pay attention to the cultivation and improvement of teaching behavior in class.
