College teaching evaluation(CTE)plays an irreplaceable role in the holistic modern university system.At present,practice of the system in the global scope still fails to fully release the due efficiency.The research on alienation behavior is an important medium to analyze students' problem assessment behavior.509 students were selected as the survey samples based on the stratified sampling method,and 3faculty members and 8 students were interviewed from a foreign language institution in western China.The study is targeted at analyzing ways of behavior alienation presentation and exploring elements that possibly influence behavior alienation.Findings are as follows.First and foremost,hidden paradox of behavior was not the failure of Maslow's theory of demand,surely not manipulated by Oracle,but can be interpreted by alienation,which confirms existence of behavior alienation in CTE.Second,behavior alienation involves four types of expressions.Behavior alienation of subjectivity describes a context where manipulated behavior controls students' awareness of evaluation,making spontaneous and active participation become passive,forced and helpless;behavior alienation on motivation tells a story that negative factors in controlling behavior motive erode the mere remaining motivation,resulting in the behavior contradiction of "meaningless" but "kidnapped by meaning".The alienation of the behavior occurrence depicts that original meaningful evaluation behavior is simplified into the "digital sign in" behavior;the alienation of behavior results contains double meaning,namely alienation of evaluation data generation and evaluation re-cognition.Third,the order of identity affects the level of alienation.Compared with non-foreign language students,the behavior alienation level on foreign language students under disciplinarity is higher.Students' behavior alienation level without leader experience is higher than that of the power center.The activitiesin evaluation again and again becomes the fall of one faith fortress after another;under the effect of accumulation,the level rises with the grade.Fourth,the behavior alienation has a "media" effect between value identification,purpose perception,and behavior engagement.And it also plays a "pressure regulating valve" role between organizational culture and behavior engagement.Fifth,governance on behavior alienation leads to the whole system change under the theory of communicative action.The students' behavior alienation is caused by the cultural bi-exclusion,communication disorder,communication formalism and dialogue drama of the three parties.The research holds that ways to return to the nature of students' evaluation behavior lies in firstly,creating a multi governance evaluation culture,cultivating the rational spirit of university governance,secondly,building negotiation dialogue interaction rules,setting game procedures,thirdly,clarifying the power boundary related to the subject,returning to moral ethics of CTE,lastly,re-collecting the true meaning of CTE and showing the teaching character of CTE.Based on the results of this research,suggestions are made.
