The Research Of The Grassroots Administrative Functions Change And Harmonious Community Building

Since 1990's, with the establishment of the socialist marketing economy and the transition of economy and society in China, Great changes have taken place in urban society in China. The practice has proved that it is difficult for the government to deal with all the social problems by itself. The urgent need for timely transformation of government functions, especially in the area of grassroots governance functions change face considerable challenges. So it is necessary to mobilize the residents to take part in community rebuilding by Jiedao-so called "Government Agency". So the communities based on Jiedao are developing rapidly in many big cities and middle cities in china. Communities together in harmony, thus facilitating the building of a harmonious society.Jiedao is not only the basic unit of regionalism and China regime' foundation, but also is the basic location of residents' life, production and communication. Because of the two characters of Jiedao, the writer takes Jiedao for example. District of grassroots political change and harmonious community building functions explored in order to explore the interaction between the two, building a harmonious community for my experiences.The thesis is composed of five chapters. Chapter for exordium. First introduced in the selection of subjects background papers, followed by a brief summary of the content and framework of research papers, the final concept of grass-roots governance related areas analysed and defined in Chapter I.Chapter II of the transformation of government functions and the status of research and community building provides a summary and comments.Chapter III analyses the first grass-roots administrative functions of a community in harmony with the changing times background, followed an analysis of relevant theory, summed up the "grass-roots governance District-harmonious community" interaction.Chapter IV takes the streets as an example for Weifang empirical research to explore the functional changes and harmony Weifang street community building.
