Research On The Development Of Harmonious Community

With the rapid development of national economy, great changes have taken place in China. Now, we witnessed not only the economic development but also all kinds of social issues. As a result, lots of government functions such as social management, social service and social security have been transformed to community committee. Microscopically, community has become a"small society". with all kinds of functions.Now, community development is the frontline of social management .the development of harmonious community has become the precondition of the development of harmonious society. Based on the analysis of community development ,the thesis tries to explore the way for the development of harmonious community.There are three parts in this thesis .Part one is the explanation of basic concept and the experience of western countries. Part two is the analysis of the main questions of community development. Part three is the key of the thesis, the solution of development.The innovation lies in two ways: managing system and running system. the author also issued some reasonable suggestions. It's of great practical and realistic significance.
