Senior middle school courses reform pay attention to making education: accelerating young people's invigoration, advanced science, civilizations and laboring technique. Students' psychology is a important effect factor .the government purposed that keeping young people's healthy. Anxiety, as an emotional state , influenced children's mental health directly . It can influence cognitive of students. The present study adopted five questionnaires to appraise students state, and research the relationship between biology performance, biology learning anxiety, trait anxiety, examined anxiety , and self-efficacy level of 182 senior middle-school students. There are some new discoveries about regulation-method of reducing students' biology learning anxiety. The result showed:(1) There existed the negative correlation between biology performance and biology learning anxiety;(2) There existed the positive correlation between biology learning anxiety and trait anxiety;(3) There existed the negative correlation between general self-efficacy and biology learning anxiety;(4) Biology learning anxiety scores is correlated with temperament, students who have dumps proclivity usually got high score in learning anxiety(5) It is a positive correlation between test anxiety and biology learning anxiety;The study found the lower scorers were higher in level of learning anxiety than higher scorers; teacher can take some method to regulation the level of students' biology learning anxiety.
