Facing with the rapid development of science and technology changing society, only by unceasing study, people can adapt the time development request to meet each kind of challenge. The education for all-around development is defers to the social development and personal development need, excavates and displays the student's body and mind development. For potential, brings honor to its main body and the initiative spirit, urges all student's body and mind to obtain the comprehensive harmonious development of the education. The school edition is carries out the education for all-around development the main channel, in particular classroom instruction. But appraises the education for all-around development of the quality specification, only can check the school the education whether church student academic society does study, the academic society life, the academic society is the person. Presently, the elementary and middle schools educate from "Taking an exam" education to the education for all-around development comprehensive switcher, the classroom instruction reform are the education for all-around development implementation key questions, "the self- regulation learning" took one kind of new education thought and the education for all-around development concrete application theory frame, how does raise student's self- regulation learning level to become one of classroom reform goals.The present paper in summarizes above senior's research foundation, the union modern education theory, the study theory, the psychology theory and for a several years high school biology teaching practice, has constructed the self- regulation learning educational model and the concrete operation flow, this raises high school students the biology self- regulation learning level. And uses the experimental study the method to perform and to confirm: In the high school biology classroom instruction, the experimental group implements the self- regulation learning educational model, the control group implements the convention educational model, the two carries on the comparison, the introduction achievement goal does its adjustment variable, carries on 2×2 of the experiment to design, the empirical datum carries on the independent sample T--examination, 2×2 analyzes, because of the variance analysis below, according to the statistical analysis result which tests draws the conclusion:First, confirms the self- regulation learning educational model in to raise the student self-regulation learning level and the biological result aspect is effective.Second, the self- regulation learning educational model and the convention educational model compares can enhance student's cognition strategy, the monitoring strategy, the self-potency, the self- regulation learning aggregate level.Third, the level of the self- regulating learning and the biological result of students in mastering goal is higher than the level of the students in achieving goal, the different is remarkable.Forth, it is not correlation that the educational model and the achievement goal under the different educational model compared to the result goal of students to the self- regulation learning level and the biological result.Generally speaking, it is practical feasible that the self- regulation learning educational model constructed raises the biological self- regulation learning level of high school students.
