As the 21st century coming, we are facing the knowledge-based economy. It is an epoch that science and technology develop rapidly, the international competition aggravates day by day. Especially, as the using of information technology widely, education faces unprecedented challenge. Under the challenge, all countries of the world are putting the reforming and the development of the education in the initial position, and putting the construction of basic education to guarantee their advantage status in the international challenge.Curriculum is the key problem and the most important software in schooling. Curriculum possesses infinitely developing potential, too. So curriculum is unavoidable in the educational reform.
