Twenty-first century is internet era. Internet has been changing our life, in particular the young generation's daily life. This Article starts distinguishing internet culture from conventional culture. Our college students are more influenced than others by the special features of internet culture because of their physiological features as well as requirements imposed on them by the society as a whole. This often led to college students to cross the lines. College students are in a transition period from school to society. This Article points out that we should face challenge, take proactive action, actively intervene to build college campus culture and internet ethics.
