In a sense, political thesis stems from and epitomizes practice. It is necessary to carry vivid cases with analysis and education into the ideological and political teaching, in order to return political theories to practice. The teaching idea must accomplish the change from "knowledge center" to "students' center". The teaching content should expand toward the social life from pure book knowledge; enhance the education of inside character and the ability of students. The thesis defines case teaching and its importance in political teaching, introducing the specific teaching procedure and the reflection in practice. The purpose of the thesis is to train students to explore the rule of knowledge-forming internalize knowledge, find the starting-point of new knowledge, so as to reinforce the knowledge develop improves their qualities, build their characters.This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is a brief introduction of case teaching and introduces the development, meaning and relation with example teaching in ideological and political teaching. The second part discusses the meaning of case teaching in ideological and political teaching, which is why we adopt case teaching and what benefit this method brings to students. The third part, which emphatically discusses the operation process of the case teaching, is the focus of this thesis. The last part is primarily concerning the several thinking points of case teaching of ideological and political teaching.
