Practical activity is indispensable , and not totally a compensation or continuation of class teaching. It is a sub-system of educational and teaching system, and an important way of all-round development. In the new round basic educational curriculum reform, Biology practical activity, centered on students, is attached more importance.A mass of curriculum resources ensure successful progress of practical activity of biology in middle school. Guided by the modern educational theories like Constructivism and on the basis of the definite conception and classification, the actuality and problems of resources in biology practical activity in middle school, and finally some strategies were put forward through questionnaires and investigations on the spot, in combination with plentiful literature.In this article, these theories also have been applied in practice. Several of teaching materials and supplementary materials, and life sciences experiment box were developed for middle school biology. Hopefully, the development of teaching materials could facilitate putting well in practical activity.
