An Investigation And Research Of Development On The National-Traditional-Sports-Major Students In Universities Of China

National Traditional Sports is a bright pearl of our National Traditional Culture.Our country has many nationalities and many items of National Traditional Sports. These sports'value has been ratified by people. The National Traditional Sports specialty can play a positive role to promote and improve talent's quality. Our country's ministry of education made the new undergraduate course specialty catalog, and add the National Traditional Sports specialty in 1998. This text uses law of documents and materials, the investigation method of the questionnaire, interview law to the main position of the specialty. The purpose is through researching and analyzing to find the influence factor, at the same time, put forward advices to change the actuality.Result of study: (1)The students of National Traditional Sports specialty have better technique but not better in study; English and computer are poor; little chance in the field; desired to research; teacher is the occupation of most students want to do.(2)The teachers of National Traditional Sports specialty have rational framework of age,the title of a technical post and the teaching experience is abundant; but the educational level is lower ; little chance to relearn; the English and computer is poor.(3)In the setup of the courses of National Traditional Sports specialty , the proportion of the required courses is too big and the proportion of elective is too small.Advice: The students are poor in study, aim at the actuality, set up rewards and punishment system corresponding; improve the research means, not only to students but also to teachers; increase the extent of teacher's relearn; perfect university's course system further, cultivate student's innovation ability.
