In this paper, the research object included Jilin sport university, Shanghai Institute ofPhysical Education, Hebei Institute of Physical Education, Capital Institute of PhysicalEducation, Wuhan Sports Institute of Physical Education. And the course setting oftraditional health curriculum is Comprehensive analyzed in the five professional sportscolleges and universities. The content of the course for existing set the core idea and thecontents of the course presentation, teaching materials, teaching content, teachingemphasis and hours, etc.) to conduct a comprehensive analysis, in an attempt to putforward the martial arts and traditional keeping in good health for the traditional nationalsports major curriculum optimization content set reasonable scheme.Traditional sports health curriculum is the specialty curriculum of martial arts andnational traditional sports in the university. At the beginning of1980s, the curriculum wasset up Martial arts and National Traditional Sports Specialty by various professionalsports colleges. What’s more, the curriculum construction has made considerable progressand development.In order to promote the development of the construction of traditional healthcurriculum, and also inheritance China traditional health culture essence. In this paper,how to optimize and reform the contents of the major traditional sports health curriculumwill be researched and discussed. The method of literature, expert interviews,questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, logic analysis were used to achieved in thispaper. And also, the research object included Jilin sport university, Shanghai Institute ofPhysical Education, Hebei Institute of Physical Education, Capital Institute of PhysicalEducation, Wuhan Sports Institute of Physical Education. And the course setting oftraditional health curriculum is Comprehensive analyzed in the five professional sportscolleges and universities. The questionnaire results show that: The students of martial artsand the national traditional sports professional are satisfied with the contents of thetraditional health preserving method, also the grasp of this contents is in the goodsituation, including taijiquan, baduanjin, yijinjin, wuqinxi, est. However, the time oftheory course is not different from the traditional health preserving in the different colleges, teaching content nor key is different. They were based on the professionalcharacteristics or the teachers in setting up traditional health theory content. What’s more,it did not highlight the importance of the theory of preserve one’s health. So there is aproblem of students in traditional health theory understanding and mastery of theknowledge base and on the application of theory to guide practice ability.On this basis, the specific teaching objectives, optimize the course content setting,inheriting tradition culture thought core have been proposed. In order to providereference,and reference value for martial arts and traditional sports health curriculumconstruction and development.
