With the rapid ascension of level of the world competitive aerobics, the qualityrequirements of completing actions are more and more high, athletes’ personalitytraits more and more highlights, the elements of competition gradually reflected in thedifferences of the difficulty. In2009-2012rule of competitive aerobics, group Cdifficulty (jumping action) accounts for half of the proportion in the four types ofdifficulty, the operating frequency is higher, and becomes the core of difficultymovement. Due to the difficulty of the action required by the present sense of spaceand time, physical fitness and skills need to be highly unified, thus high requirementsof body quality and body coordination for an athlete is very higher. By analyzing thekinematics and coordination of this kind of difficult movement, structure rule of thetechniques of group C completed by high-quality athletes can be concluded, providingcertain guidance and reference for China’s competitive aerobics training, teaching, andfurther improvement of the competitive aerobics training theory. This study chose the highest frequency of three group C difficulty selected by thetop3players in the12th world aerobics championships men’s singles project as theresearch subject, the information technology and time sequence method as the mainresearch methods, quick feedback system DARTFISH software were used to achievethe kinematics parameters for athletes in the takeoff, buffer and soaring phase, calculated angle for phase difference in the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and anklesoaring into the highest, then video observation and comparative analysis performed. The research results showed as follows.1. Close relationship was performed on the completion results of group Cdifficulty movements in competitive aerobics with different time phase. In the take-offbuffer and stretching stage, body posture and the buffer angle affect the effect of soar, and the quality of the completion affects the landing stability in the soar phase.2. When completing C6001difficulty movement, descent degree of center ofgravity at the buffer stage should be controlled. Left hip angle was greater than theright hip angle, which was benefit for twist; balanced force in left and right knee andcontrolling upper body posture at unstuck could guarantee sufficient stretching, due toenough soar height was the guarantee of completing actions’ accuracy and landingstability.3. When completing C828difficulty movement, knee joint angle should begreater than130°of knee at maximum buffer, ensuring bigger stretching angle can achieve better stretching effect, upper body forward slightly, knee and feet stretchedstraight postures help to form a graceful posture. Forefoot transition to full forefootlanding method can enhance the body control ability and the landing stability.4. When completing C466difficulty movement, a single-step take-off wayshould be considered to prevent center of gravity descend further. Strengthen legstretching strength and explosive force can improve the effect of take-off buffer andstretching. Increase the soar height, and paying attention to the dynamic stereotype ofknee and ankle can help to improve air movement range and standards. Active bufferof hip, knee and ankle could improve landing stability.5. Quantitative evaluation of difficulty actions’ coordination in competitiveaerobics is based on different limits for upper and lower limb joints. When the joint isqualified, In Phase coordinated method is used to show the accuracy and stability ofthe action, or else using Out-of Phase coordination fully showed stable and flexibleway of efficient coordination to guarantee the improvement of the high quality ofactions.6. Completing high-score difficult movements, counterforce of upper partimprove the accuracy of the lower limb movements, the organic combination of onsetof the stretching and stretching occasion can effectively improve body coordination;when completing secondary-score difficulty movement, making the best of theinter-upper limb joints acceleration, development of lower limbs flexibility andenhanced coordination between spatial orientation ability can fully be used to improveaccuracy of action completion. When finishing lower-score difficulty, coordination ofdifferent athletes’ limbs and trunk has no obvious difference, and different ways ofcoordination reflect different effects.
