Study On Education Equity And Income Distribution Equity Of Chinese Resident

Nowadays, the income differential of the whole resident, of the townsman and village people, and of their interior becomes more and more clear. The Gini Coefficient has already exceeded the international warning line. The unequal status of income distribution is very severe. While the major redistribution measures for income distribution, such as the individual income tax and the social security and the transfer payment, in the area of public finance, are still in improvement. And these redistribution measures could not ensure the equity in the first stage. The human capital theory of Schultz not only tells the contribution of human capital investment to economic growth, but also tells the effect of human capital investment (mainly is education investment). So, in the guide of Schultz's, this paper puts the public finance and education economics together to think about. And its emphasis is the theory study and empirical research on the relation between education equity,education scale extent and income distribution equity. While the principal part of education investment is still the government, from this side, this paper also explains the reason causing the education inequity. All the purpose of this paper is to emphasize that the equal education scale extent could reduce the income differential, and it could make the income distribution become more equal.
