Athletes'cultural qualities is the important issue which has been plagued the sustainable development of our sports, and the key issues which limited the employment after retirement. The low cultural quality of athletes, not only affects their skill levels of sports training, but seriously affects the Social outlet of athletes and the reserve forces of sports system, will affect or undermine the "whole system". The most prominent factor that impacted the cultural quality of athletes is the contradiction between the study and training. The time which used in training up was more than which used in studying, while sports system running with education of athletes widened the gap with the educational system. Athletes'culture is an undeniable fact low quality, and social employment after retirement is very difficulty. To this end, an effort to improve the cultural quality of athletes and enhance their social adaptation is the urgent topics need for research and to solve. The main thesis is mainly turn the gymnasts of our country as object to research, in search of the literature based on the use of questionnaires and interviews with experts as research methodology. To research and analysis the cultural level, education and social adaptability of Chinese gymnasts, and identify the causes and effects factors of low quality cultural. Give the countermeasures to enhance the cultural quality and social adaptability made in response.Findings: Cultural qualities of Chinese gymnasts are comparatively low.
