| Cross cultural adaptability is not only an important aspect that should be given attention in the current global cross-cultural context, but also an important aspect that ethnic minorities should pay attention to in the process of mobility in China’s post assistance stage.Cultural adaptability from a cross-cultural perspective refers to the dynamic process of bidirectional integration of behavior, language, values, and lifestyle that occurs throughout the entire period after entering a completely different field of life from before. When ethnic minority migrant children are relocated, the cultural system that carries their original way of life and social activities collides with the existing culture. In the initial adaptation and integration period, they will inevitably face the process of reconstructing cultural order and finding balance.Due to the fact that ’people are products of the environment’,from an individual perspective, they are influenced by the superposition of different factors in their growth process, resulting in different cultural shock phenomena among minority migrant children during the process of mobility. And among these differences,by analyzing the common characteristics,in order to find universal patterns and solve various problems of minority migrant children in the composition of mobile relocation. This study selects Uyghur children who come to Heilongjiang Province for mobile life as the research object, analyzes the problems that this group faces in cross-cultural adaptation, and uses social work methods to make solutions, discuss, and propose suggestions. |
