Since the reform and opening up,China's sports undertakings have achieved unprecedented development,and they have gained unprecedented strength both at home and abroad.At present the comprehensive strength of the undertakings of physical culture and sports to a large extent depends on the level of the ability of individual athletes,in the face of social economy and culture and other fields of high standard requirements,the quality of the excellent athletes construction become a problem to be solved,one of China's elite athletes level of cultural quality education fundamentally support the excellent athletes of all aspects of development,has long been attaches great importance to by the countries,especially the excellent athletes of cultural quality education curriculum system,from the basic influence the athletes' training and learning.This thesis mainly USES the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire investigation,case analysis,content analysis and other research methods,with excellent athletes in our country as a starting point,culture quality education curriculum system for provincial elite athletes,the municipal sports school elite athletes,elite athletes to the current situation of three kinds of excellent athletes in colleges and universities to carry out field survey,comprehensive analysis and discusses the current main problems,and to clarify the development of the cause of the problem and put forward feasible countermeasures and Suggestions,so as to promote the improvement of cultural quality of excellent athletes in our country.The main contents of this study are as follows:Excellent athletes in our country's cultural quality education courses: environment of our country provincial excellent athletes and the management system of excellent municipal sports school athletes was mainly affected by "the system" the system oneself,directly affiliated to the municipal sports bureau leadership is not in the education system,the management of elite athletes in colleges and universities are under the leadership of both sports and education departments,unfavorable to the unified management of students' culture learning.Elite athletes in China cultural quality education curriculum implementation aspects: provincial and municipal sports school courses are mainly composed of nine years of compulsory education of basic math teaching,and how to form class along while,part arranged in the evening,is not conducive to students into the learning state.Compared with education system,colleges and universities have a long period of study,but they are generally biased towards liberal arts,which is not conducive to the comprehensive talent cultivation of elite athletes.Moreover,the content of cultural courses in different regions is simple,and the contradictions of learning and training are prominent.Elite athletes in China cultural quality education curriculum subject aspects: coaches and teachers' age structure mainly for youth,title structure is given priority to with intermediate,compared with the provincial and colleges and universities,the municipal sports school teachers pay relatively low level.Excellent athletes in our country culture quality education curriculum object aspects: outstanding athletes in their bad behavior is more common in academic,teachers and coaches are relatively lax,lack of cultural atmosphere,the literacy class seriously insufficient unfavorable to establish students' sense of honor,played down the students' learning motivation.Advice:(1)Focus on the cultural quality of the elite athletes education,promoting the overall development of the curriculum system.(2)To improve the long-term learning management mechanism of cultural curriculum based on actual needs.(3)Pay attention to basic theory course teaching,and improve the teaching mechanism of long-term guiding classroom.(4)To establish a diversified evaluation system and build an elastic independent credit system.
