With the gradual establishment of market economy in our country, and under the circumstances of the popularization and internationalization of higher education, the practice of university business is getting more in China, which pressingly requires us to keep abreast with the times and to theoretically make an answer to the problems in the operation of high schools so as to help people further form correct university business philosophy and to push the theories of school operation to develop in a better way.For university business, stress should not only be laid on the operation of tangible resources, but also be laid on the operation of intangible resources. Not only the operation of the resources inside the school should be valued, but also the operation of the resources outside the school should be valued. Not only traditional measures should be well employed in university business, but also modernized measures should be actively employed in university business. Generally speaking, university business mainly includes three kinds: product operation, asset operation and capital operation. Among them, operation of university brand is the core, and principal, teachers and alumni, academy and campus culture are the four supports for a school brand. In today's information society, the importance and complexity of information cannot be neglected. We could bring in information management theories for cost control and efficiency improvement in university business so as to do well in university business.
