Mathematics Task-based learning is a new added content with features in in 2001 July, which reflects the requirements of Mathematics curriculum and educational reform and also provides a chance for students to carry out practical, exploring and inquiry study. The " mathematics Task-based learning " is a process that knowledge to point the student to independent investigate and cooperations and communication, synthesize application there has been, method will to solve the lesson thought for process, Mathematics Task-based learning puts the research learning thought and method on mathematics course and changes the teading process into a kind of that of scientific research or micro- scientific research, during this process ,students can gain mathematics knowledge and take part in process experiencing research study.this thesis take the methods of documental analysis, theories research , case research etc. Based on the theories foundation of mathematics Task-based learning ,the thesis deeply analyzes the value for studying establishing and basis of mathematics new course in mathematics Task-based learning , and how to put into practice etc .It aslo make a practical research in order to provide consults on the teaching mathematics Task-based learning for reference.This thesis consists of five parts:Introduction:introduces the study background of mathematics Task-based learning.Part one: Theoretical research on mathematics Task-based learning of junior high school. This part discusses the content, characteristics, theories foundation of the mathematics Task-based learning and educational value of it. There are three theory basis of mathematicsTask-based learning--constructivism,ecosystem teaching view and realistic mathematicseducation of Hans Freudenthal.Part two: Practical research on mathematics Task-based learning of junior high school. This part discusses four aspects of performance of mathematics Task-based learning of junior high school: " premise, practice process, the problem need to be paid attention, case research ".The first three part pay attention to the operation in the practical procedure of junior high school mathematics lesson; " case research" use to individual cases performed by the author to prove the necessity and possibility of junior high school mathematics Task-based learning, and conclude some strategies by the comparing with mathematics Task-based learning in Japanese.Part three: Consideration of mathematics Task-based learning in Junior high school. This part considers to proceeding from two angles: First the relationship between the junior high school mathematics Task-based learning and normal mathematics teaching; second, relationship between the junior high school mathematics Task-based learning and the test for go to senior high school.last: Show the main idea of the thesis and the problem which need do some further study.
