Beijing Normal University published the Curriculum Standard of Compulsory Education in 2001. Under the direction of Curriculum Standard, Mathematics curriculum came out in a brand new face. The new standard is going to reslize the goals as following:——Every child learns valuable mathematics.——Every child gets essential mathematics.——Different child gains different development in maths.How to learn valuable mathematics? How to get essential mathematics? How to gain different development? Educaters face these problems,at the same time,the problems pose higher goals to children's mathemaics learning because students are subjects of mathematics learning.The development of time forward new challenge to children's mathematics learning. How to learn mathematics effectly so as to carry out above goals? It is obvious that the old strategies of mathematics learning can't meet the new demands. Although the old strategies helped students get good achivements we must find the serve shortages of them……The new mathematics curriculum and new learning goals demand new learning strategies to match them. So finding new mathematics learning system becomes critical task at present. The thesis found the the new mathematics learning system by analyzing of standard's ensemble goal and mathematics learning goals. Moreover the thesis analyse specificness of the new system in details:The process of Mathematics learning strategies.The colony of Mathematics learning strategies.The activities of Mathematics learning strategies.The individuality of Mathematics learning strategies.The modernnization of Mathematics learning strategies.The new system of mathematics learning can't apart from the firm theory foundation. The development of cognitive science impulses the study of mathematics learning. Constructivism theory affects our native study in mathematics learning greatly. " constructivism provides the analysis to mathematics learning epistemology, to the positive study of learning psychology, it is needed or it is essential". The core idea of constructivism is the fact that the knowledge is not subjects' simple and passivereaction, but it is an initiative constructive process.So in the new system of mathematics learning strategies, we think that students are subjects for mathematics learning and cognition. All activities in the system are designed for students, the goal is to realize students' development in mathematical cognition, feeling, attitude and the view of value.In the new system of mathematics learning, although alls rategies are designed for students, we do admit the fact that teachers must guide or lead students' mathematics learning activities. It need teachers' work in the process of realizing the aims of mathematics learning. In another words, teachers' guidance make students' cognitive structure more organization and more socialization.
