By using the methods of documentary material , on-the-spot investigation , questionnaire , mathematical statistics , taking 250 volleyball players of Fujian and Jiangsu Provinces as the objects , based on the understanding of volleyball player' self-efficacy , coping way and stress , the paper studies the relationship among self-efficacy , coping way and stress of volleyball players , expecting to further complete the theoretical system of volleyball mental training , which ensures that the players can give play to their normal technique and tactics , and provides theoretical guidance of psychology for the improvement of sports achievement.The results can be presented as follows:(1) As to stress , there' s no difference between different sexes , grades , and between leader players and non-leader players , but difference exists in some stressor , such as fail in competitive , hurt in sport .The stress of lower player are higher than higher ones after being hurt in sport, and female player are higher than male player.(2) Solving problems and dealing with feelings are the coping ways most frequently use employed by volleyball players .There' no significant difference in choosing coping ways between different sexes , and between players of different grades . But compared with non-leader players, leader players take advantage of the coping ways such as dealing with feelings, avoiding coping more frequently.(3) With regard to self-efficacy , there' no significant difference between different sexes and between grades, but significant different exists between leader players and non-leader players . The self-efficacy of leader players is higher than that of non-leader one.(4) There is a close relationship among self-efficacy coping way and stress .
